I doubt it will ever show up. When it was first explained, they simply said 'we have plans for it'. Somehow people got the idea that it would be like the no-glasses Arnold and I think Jon even confirmed it somewhat.
However, the no-glasses Arnolds were available a-plenty by now.
Definitely some kinda skull there.
